quick & easy double chocolate chip cookies {from a cake mix}
Very few things in life happen to be both dead like shooting fish in a barrel and crazy amazing, simply these cookies truly are both. They merely require a few ingredients and they mix up so fast that you can have hot cookies gear up in 15 minutes. And wow are they good! Soft, rich, bootleg taste with basically null piece of work. I'll take it!
I brand these cookies anytime I demand a concluding minute care for (i.e. anytime my kids forget to tell me they volunteered me to bring cookies somewhere!). They mix up easily by hand, which ways I don't fifty-fifty accept to pull my mixer out. Seriously, this is the laziest baked good I've ever fabricated, and people are ever request for the recipe.
Which is, basically, cake mix + baking cocoa + butter + eggs + chocolate chips. Easy. And addictive.
Of course, you don't accept to finish there. If y'all're a fan of peanut butter and chocolate, go ahead and throw in some Reese's Pieces. Yum.
Or if mint is more your manner, grab some Andes Mint pieces and stir those suckers in.
Or, if your favorite thing to add to chocolate is more chocolate, just top them off with M&Ms.
However you brand them, you'll have succulent bootleg chocolate cookies in no time.

Class: Dessert
Cuisine: cookies
Annotation: Don't overbake these cookies! At least lxx% of the wonderfulness of these guys comes from them being soft and even a piddling gooey. Practise not wait until they await cooked through to have them out of the oven – if the tops are starting to crack and the edges are setting up, only pull them out. The centers will nonetheless be soft. I ordinarily scoop these a touch smaller than normal cookies and bake them for 7 minutes, but you may need to experiment a picayune with your oven to become them just correct.
Another note: I've had success with a few dissimilar brands of cake mixes, only I think they turn out best with a Duncan Hines Devil'south Nutrient cake mix.
Enjoy!
